Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 電機工程學系 === 107 === In this thesis, an interior permanent magnet motor designed for applications in electric vehicles based on the standard, Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) is presented. The rating specification of the motor is 50 kW at a rated speed of 7000 rpm. First, two slot/pole number combinations, 8-pole/39-slot and 10-pole/39-slot are chosen due to the better winding factor. The initial design of the two slot/pole number combinations is done with the aid of the magnetic circuit analysis software, SPEED. Then, the finite element analysis software Flux 2D is used to obtain the electromagnetic performance of the motor. The 8-pole/39-slot configuration is selected based on the back electromotive force, torque, torque ripple and efficiency, etc. Then, the sensitivity analysis, Taguchi method and fuzzy-based Taguchi method coupled with finite element analysis are utilized to minimize the torque ripple and the magnet and maximize the efficiency to satisfy the required torque.
