Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 運輸與物流學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study aims to explore the influence of employees’ innovation resistance on the adoption of smart logistics application in the context of logistics practical fileds. Sample in this study are collected from logistics practitioners, namely, forwarder, wharehousing operators, transportation operators, and logistics information service providers. Exploratory factor analysis was used to identify several crucial factors for innovation resistance and technology acceptance variables. Then this study constrct a structural equation model (SEM) based on technology acceptance model (TAM) and the theory of innovation resistance using innovation resistance as external variables to evaluate effects between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use as internal variables. The results revealed that innovation resistance has a negative impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, while the factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, personal intention and personal behavior are mutually existing positively relationship. Finally, the conclusion and suggestions are proposed in this study for organization to prevent damaging from innovation resistance.
