Since the passengers' dispatch schedules are related to the local government's labor regulations and related laws and regulations, it is possible to compare the regulations set by the governments of Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries on the conditions of professional driving and the actual operation of the passenger transport industry through case interviews. The situation proposes a plan to meet the needs of both employers and employees; driving a healthy body can not only improve road safety in the future, but also increase the willingness of people to take public transportation and further reduce the impact on the environment.
