In order to cope with the rapid development of Internet technology, psychological service online is the trend to be concerned. Currently, most psychologists in Taiwan still use the face-to-face interviews as the main routine working pattern. When encouraging psychologists to transfer the working pattern from off-line to on-line, the investigation and research of the usage intentions is an important basis of developing online system. This study is based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and its hierarchical structured questionnaire as the research method. Taiwanese psychologists, including clinical and counseling psychologists, are invited as the re-search participants. The aim of the study is to investigate the determinants affecting us-age intention in online counseling system. The result showed that among the factors af-fecting the intention of using the online counseling system, privacy is the most im-portant determinant, and the security is the second most important determinant. Finally, the results were further discussed, hoping to provide the basis for establishing online counseling system in the future.
