For long-term exposure to metal raw materials and operations, it will pose a major threat to the safety and health of technicians and workers. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Law, the environment of low-pollution factories should be established in accordance with the standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency to ensure a safe and high-quality working environment for workers. In this study, we evaluated the gas concentration in eight working areas of the “Kawasaki Corporation”, used the instrument to actually detect the indoor air pollution source, and explored the main factors that did not meet the standard pollution for the processing area environment, and then proposed to improve the factory environment and ventilation. The spatial configuration of the measures. Detection of indoor air quality operations about Chemical (CO2, CO, HCHO, TVOC, O3), physical (PM10, PM2.5), nine kinds of factors. 1. Analysis of the instantaneous maximum of eight operating areas with X-axis does not meet the specifications: (1) In the laser operating area the two factors A. TVOC is 1.89 ppm, B. Ozone is 0.066 ppm, C. PM2.5 is 62 μg/m3.. (2) Punching work area the two factors A. PM2.5 is 32μg/m3, B. PM10 is 79μg/m3. (3) Welding work area the two factors A. CO2 is 1380ppm, B. TVOC is 0.63ppm, C. PM10 is 97μg/m3. (4) Grinding work area the two factors A.PM2.5 is 75μg/m3, B. PM10 is 120μg/m3. (5) Coating area, TVOC is 12.92ppm. (6) Assembly area the two factors A. TVOC is 3.36ppm, B. PM2.5 is 131μg/m3. (7) Shipment lane, the two factors A. HCHO is 0.142ppm, B. PM2.5 is 51.8μg/m3. (8) Office one factors, A. CO2 is 1152ppm. 2. Analysis of the current survey results, linear regression analysis of R values, belonging to the height relationship: (1) Temperature vs. HCHO, Highly positive correlation, R=0.6206、 (2) TVOC vs. HCHO, Highly positive correlation, R=0.6152。 3. Analysis of implanted plants (African scorpion), linear regression analysis of R values, belonging to the height relationship: (1) Temperature vs.HCHO, Highly positive correlation, R=-0.9315、 (2) Temperature vs.PM2.5, Highly positive correlation, R=0.8997、 (3) Humidity vs.PM2.5, Highly positive correlation, R=0.7808、 (4) CO2 vs. O3 , Highly positive correlation, R=0.8202、 (5) HCHO vs.TVOC, Highly positive correlation, R=0.6676、 (6) TVOC vs. O3 , Highly positive correlation, R=0.6118。 4. Analysis of implanted plants (White crane), linear regression analysis of R values, belonging to the height relationship: (1) Temperature vs. CO2, Highly positive correlation, R=-0.9946、 (2) Temperature vs. O3 , Highly positive correlation, R=0.7864、 (3) Humidity vs.HCHO , Highly positive correlation, R=0.7900、 (4) CO2 vs. O3 , Highly positive correlation, R=0.7770、 (5) PM2.5 vs.PM10, Highly positive correlation, R=-0.9420。 TSENG,LIANG 曾亮 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 263 zh-TW
