Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 建築碩士學位學程 === 107 === This study is based on the “Historic Sites Regeneration Project” of the Ministry of Culture to plane South Historic District in Lukang. Multiple sub-projects within the project plan can be divided into two types: spatial planning and cultural projects, including five landmarks planning projects: pilot plant, Wenkai Academy, Fuxing Granary, Lukang Station and Hexing Police Dormitory; two cultural projects: National Treasure Building Company and Technology for Historic Regeneration. Conclude and analyze the history of Lukang cultural landscape, and according to Christian Norberg-Schulz's idea of genius loci, using Kevin Lynch's 5 Elements, use paradigm to describe phenomenology of place of Lukang, and establish the principles. Make South Historic District as core of transport network, adopting historic path to form strong connection of Zhong-shan Road to outer circumferential road. Base on the above items, the spatial development strategies are listed below: 1.Use the business model to integrate and organize five landmarks as Lukang Craft Development Institute. The revenue will be used to support the regeneration of old houses. 2.Apply smart technology to build a guide system for cultural tourism, and use AR/VR to represent history in historic path planning. 3.Taking Hexing Police Dormitory as the key of Placemaking process, and build operation and management of space feedback system.
