And packaged into a complete symmetrical supercapacitor component for electrical testing, adjusting the ratio of the precursor of the molybdenum disulfide to the deionized water, and then adjusting the growth time of the molybdenum disulfide reaction under high temperature and high pressure, because the success of molybdenum disulfide growth was determined by the proportion of precursors. After the experimental process, it was found that the ratio of ammonium molybdate to thioacetamide was 0.5 m mole:3 m mole, and the molybdenum disulfide which grew out was the most complete sheet, and then compared with different concentrations. After various electrical analysis and specific surface area test, With MC70 as the best concentration, In order to make the surface molybdenum disulfide non-destructive, improve its crystallinity, it will grow in different time, which will improve its crystallinity and make it perform better in electrical analysis. Under XRD detection, it can be found that the longer the growth time, the better the crystallinity, the later use of electrical analysis, etc., the parameters are MC70-28 is the best parameter for this study.
