Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 合作經濟暨社會事業經營學系 === 107 === According to the data of the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Executive Yuan and the Council of Agriculture, the average age of people who are engaged in agriculture in Taiwan is 62 years old, which represents the problem of the lack of the labor force is getting worse and worse. Taiwan’s agriculture makes people have connection with “elderly, low salary, lack of labors,” which leads to the unwillingness of younger people to be engaged in agriculture. This study used convenience sampling method to explore the job emotions, job expectations, job attitudes and willingness to work, the influence of demographic variables on the willingness to work. From 18 to 45 years for the study population, the number of samples were recovered web 200 questionnaires and paper questionnaires 126 parts, 326 parts total, SPSS software package by empirical analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) Young people's job emotions and job expectations in emerging new agriculture have a significant impact. (2) Young people's job expectations and job attitudes in emerging new agriculture have a significant impact. (3) Young people's Job attitudes and willingness to work in emerging new agriculture have significant impact. (4) Young people's internal expectations and willingness to work in emerging new agriculture have a significant impact.
