Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共事務與社會創新研究所 === 107 === The Internet makes interpersonal communication more rapid and convenient, and the diffusion power of fake news is more striking. Since around 2006, social media has gradually become the focus of people's attention. The rise of social media, such as Facebook and Twitter, has brought about not only the change of interpersonal relationship in the private sector, but also a new chapter of media communication in public life.
Taking the case of hong zhongqiu, a high-profile social event, as an example, this study adopts the method of literature review to examine the communication mode of the national army in the face of netizens and news media in receiving, copying, adjusting and re-transmitting fake news related information during the development of the whole event, and focuses on the information screening mechanism of the national army and the prevention of proliferation and communication. The results show that although netizens evaluate the reliability of information, they cannot effectively distinguish fake news, and the completion of Internet response reinforces the effect of retransmission, making fake news spread rapidly and cause widespread communication. Therefore, according to the results of this study, in order to curb fake news, the Chinese military should not only talk about the inspection mechanism of third-party groups, but also have perfect inspection process and quick crisis handling ability. In addition, the media industry also needs to improve the self-discipline of journalism and media literacy education, which may be the solution to the problem of fake news.
