碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學系 === 107 === As global economic development is based on knowledge, both universities and enterprises want to improve their capability by Industry/University Cooperation(IUC) in order to stay competitive. When each service units are negotiating cooperation project with enterprises, whether each service unit’s employees can negotiate efficiently, whether they can collaboratively negotiate other service unit’s business in order to achieve the purpose of collaborative cooperation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an analytical mechanism for collaborative IUC system, to solve the existing problems, such as how to determine the overall performance indicators (including the professional capabilities and collaborative capabilities) of the IUC system; how to develop the multiple benchmarking employees and learning items. This research starts from University perspective. Using Quality Function Deployment(QFD) and House of Quality(HOQ), develop the professional capability and collaborative capability indicators. Next, using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to analyze IUC system each SU’s employee, find who is worth to learn and needs to be improved, to establish multiple benchmarking employee and their learning items. Last, this research planned the relevant training courses to provide the employees, to improve the collaboration of the IUC system.
