To develop electric vehicles, it is necessary to set up charging stations at the same time. This paper combines charging stations with sightseeing and recreation areas to set the charging stations in Taiwan. The popular sightseeing recreation area is the main configuration location, and the facility location problem is used as a method of setting up the charging station to find the most suitable charging station configuration location. There are two types of charging stations, one is the setting point of the charging station for the charging station. For example, if you want to set up a charging station for Kenting, the local hotel will be used as the charging station, and the other will be the public parking lot or the location set by the Tourist Service Center for the charging station. The two settings are mainly to distinguish whether the trip is a long-distance or short-distance travel. This paper divides the problem into short-distance travel itineraries and long-distance travel itineraries. The starting point is separated from the destination by long-distance travel or short-distance travel, and the starting place is randomly selected, and the situation is simulated by means of situational simulation. The setting result of the station can be used as a basis for the subsequent setting of the charging station, and this result will also be used as the result of the charging station setting result. When the setting result of the charging station cannot reach the situation hypothesis, find the problem and propose improvement method. The final conclusion section proposes a place where improvements can be made.The research hope that battery electric vehicles can be more convenient in Taiwan, attract more buying power, and indirectly make the tourism industry flourish in Taiwan.
