Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 觀光餐旅碩士在職學位學程 === 107 === The purpose of the research is to discuss the relationships among the influence of teacher’s personality traits, teacher self-efficacy and teaching efficiency for the Elementary School Tachers in Taipei New City, and moreover, to comprehend different situations with background variables.
According to the purpose mentioned above, this research takes Elementary School Tachers in Taipei New City as the research subject. Convenience sampling is used to conduct the questionnaire survey, and 200 valid questionnaires are retrieved. Statistical analysis of data used SPSS 20.0 Chinese version with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment collection and Scheffe post hoc comparison method.
The analysis results are concluded in the following:First. Among different background variables, gender, age, the highest degree, seniority and position have significant differences in the aspect of teacher personality .Second. Among different background variables, gender, age, the highest degree, seniority and position have significant differences in the aspect of teacher self-efficacy.Third. Among different background variables, gender, age, the highest degree, seniority and position have significant differences in the aspect of teaching efficiency .Forth. The teacher personality, and teacher self-efficacy of the Elementary School Tachers in Taipei New City elementary schools are positvely-correlated.Fifth. The teacher personality, and teaching efficiency of the Elementary School Tachers in Taipei New City elementary schools are positvely-correlated.Sixth. The teacher self-efficacy, and teaching efficiency of the Elementary School Tachers in Taipei New City elementary schools are positvely-correlated.
Conclusively, according to our findings in this study, the suggestions are proposed to the educational administration, elementary school teachers and follow-up studies for your consideration.
