碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 107 === Abstract The purposes of this study: The purposes of this study were to investigate the factors of the relevant circumstances that motivating and hindering elementary school teachers’ participation in leisure sports in Kaohsiung City and analyze the differences according to different background variables. The background information： Due to the various stress on work, educators increase more mental pressure. Leisure sports participation is a good way to relieve stress. To analyze the leisure sports participation constraints of educators should help understand the reasons for educators not to participate in leisure sports and help teachers plan their future leisure sports. The method of this study： A questionnaire was employed as the tool and the subjects were elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City in 2018. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s test.The anticipant outcome： Due to the change of educational reform, endless social problems and parents’high attention on education, educators increase their work pressure and workload daily by daily. If educators could participate more leisure sports when they’re under much work and life pressure, they would adjust physical and mental health, inject the source of motivation into teaching and have better teaching performance through leisure sports.
