The study supposed that participation motivation was a moderator variable between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. If transformational leadership was higher, the player’s participation motivation was higher, and it improved the organizational commitment. This study surveyed the teeball players in Taiwan. There were 350 copies of questionnaires distributed and 300 valid questionnaires received, so the effective rate was 85.7%. We analyzed the data by using SPSS22 statistical software to evaluate hierarchical regression and moderating effect. We concluded four major results as follows: 1.Transformational leadership was positively relative to organizational commitment. 2.Participation motivation possessed moderating effect relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. According to the above conclusion, this study provided a solution to promote the team positive performance for coaches. We should positively implement transformational leadership, promote players’ participation motivation and furtherly improve players’ organizational commitment.
