The e-Questionnaire survey is adopted to collect the data samples from 291 junior high school students for this study. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearsons product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis of SPSS20.0 computer software. The major findings were as follows: 1.Smartphone addiction has a negative impact on learning self-efficacy. 2.Smartphone addiction has a negative impact on internal locus of control. 3.Internal locus of control and learning self-efficacy have a positive impact. 4.The relationship between smartphone addiction and learning self-efficacy was partially mediated by internal locus of control. According to these findings, the study can also provide further suggestions for the teachers, schools, and researchers.
