Given that workplace is the second home of workers, the employee must be happy so that their family will be happy; the family must be happy so that our country will flourish and prosper. The banking business is increasingly diversified, and the life of bank employees under the influence of the digital era has seen some considerable changes. Through literature review and interviews, the elements of happiness are induced into three major dimensions of ERG theory, and the level of elements of happiness is established. The method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is employed to explore the happiness dimensions of bank employees, and the discovery is: Overall, as the weighting is ordered from high to low, the satisfaction of survival needs, relationship needs, and growth needs are the dimensions of happiness. However, in terms of gender and work seniority observations, it is found that: (1) men and women are different; (2) when age is different, people of different age groups tend to think differently. Therefore, this study suggests that the decision makers of the bank's employee welfare and managers need to understand the employees' ideas and thoughts in order to formulate welfare policies that suit the needs of the employees and a reasonable evaluation system in order to retain highquality talents for the bank.
