Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士班 === 108 === The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and team cohesion for female basketball players in university basketball association. With further research and analysis, the study showed the mediator effects of team cohesion on transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The subjects of questionnaires were 28 college basketball team in academic year 107 in University Basketball Association. 406 questionnaires were given out, and 350 were returned. The retrieved probability was 86%. There were 336 effective questionnaire and the probability of the usable questionnaire was 95%. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, structural equation model (SEM) by the use SPSS program (Windows 21.0) and AMOS 25.0. The result of the research were as follows:
1. Transformational leadership of female college basketball players were with highest score of “idealized influence”
2. Organizational citizenship behavior of female college basketball players were with highest score of “professional dedication spirit and avoiding creating a disturbance”.
3. Team cohesion of female college basketball players were with highest of “adaptation team”.
4. Transformational leadership had a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior and team cohesion.
5. Team cohesion showed mediating effect of transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
Base on research result, several suggestions to provide a reference for Female college basketball`s coach, players and future researchers.
