Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 107 === Gender discrimination in the workplace remains one of the greatest pressing subjects faced by countries everywhere in the world. Countries are working hard to create gender equality and implementing various laws to make them better. Unfortunately, some countries still have discrimination in labor relations. This research is one of the topics of gender discrimination in Mongolia According to the Labor Laws; citizens are entitled to work without any pressure or violence from a person which is the pursuing dream in Mongolia. The simplest example of discrimination in labor relations is starting from hiring or job vacancies. It creates an overwhelmingly personal profile and requires some information without hiring an employee. Besides, discrimination against age and education has augmented intensely in a few years. In this study, the results of public surveys suggest that gender discrimination affects performance. The results can imply that Gender Discrimination in Promotion (PR) has a significantly optimistic influence on Employee Performance (EP) so that Hypothesis 1 is fully supported. Such as the results can imply that Gender Discrimination in Providing Facilities (PF) consumes a meaningfully optimistic influence on Employee Performance (EP) so that Hypothesis 2 is fully supported. Keywords: Gender discrimination (GD), Employee performance (EP), Workplace Affects.
