The nature of work belongs to the front line of organizations with high emotional labor. They represents the interaction between organizations and netizens. In the process of interaction, it often involves social media engagement editors' resource acquisition and resource loss. However, research in social media engagement editors' resources is also small. Therefore, this study explores the relevance of transformational leadership, job autonomy, resilience and interactivity based on Conservation of Resource. The results of the present study demonstrate that transformational leadership helps news social media engagement editors interact with netizens; news social media engagement editors with high resilience help to interact with netizens; transformational leadership can enhance interactivity through resilience. But news social media engagement editors with high job autonomy cannot improve their interaction with netizens; transformational leadership cannot enhance interactivity through work autonomy.
