In This research framework and hypothesis were formulated on the foundation of relevant literature. A questionnaire was designed and developed to survey Mongolia private banks employees. A questionnaire based on the operational definition of variables. A total of 178 pieces of questionnaires were collected and analyzed by mean of statistical software SPSS 22.0. It is found that transformational leadership and transactional leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organization commitment. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, management implications are proposed, with research restrictions explained and follow-up studies recommended.
