Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and take Mongolia private banks as an example.
In This research framework and hypothesis were formulated on the foundation of relevant literature. A questionnaire was designed and developed to survey Mongolia private banks employees. A questionnaire based on the operational definition of variables. A total of 178 pieces of questionnaires were collected and analyzed by mean of statistical software SPSS 22.0. It is found that transformational leadership and transactional leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organization commitment.
Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, management implications are proposed, with research restrictions explained and follow-up studies recommended.
