The design of this micro-pump has the advantages of miniaturization, light weight, low power consumption and easy production. In the past, the piezoelectric actuated micropumps fabricated in the laboratory were made of stainless steel and acrylic materials.
Under this condition, the thickness of the micro-pumps is relatively large. The piezoelectric actuated micro-pump designed in this paper replaces acrylic force with stainless steel material. Compared with the previous micro-pump, the volume of the pump is much smaller, the application area is much more, the application method will be more, and the manufacturing process will be more simple and fast. In this paper, experiments will be carried out to test the flow rate of the micropump in different proportions, cabins and voltages. The experimental results show that the maximum flow rate is 64.4 ml/min when the driving voltage of the micro-pump is 150 Vpp, the thickness of the cabin is 0.7 mm, the thickness of the valve body is 0.5 mm and the aperture is 0.3 mm.
