Matlab sub-software, Simulink, was initially utilized to conduct logic design and program structure coding, and then the braking system ran through several tests on the computer, verifying the correctness of the program logic and structure before proceeding to physical circuits testing. In the aspect of smart design, Micro-Box was utilized to serve as the main core for the controller of the industrial computer in this research. It ran through simulations of the normal situation when a vehicle hits the brake in order to design the smart system particularly for braking. Upon completion of the system, it simulated transformation in the computer and then was burned into Micro-Box to perform small circuits testing, and the whole process was monitored by Simulink to see if anomaly occurred in the system variation. The tested program entered the final phase and was written into Micro-Box and set as standalong mode in order to apply to test platform and relevant testing for future use of the system on the real vehicle, and which provides us the discussion on difference between simulation and platform for future constructive feedbacks.
