This qualitative study is mainly conducted through a series of semi- structured interviews. All interviewees are Dayeh university's the of the fourth grade students, seven Taiwanese students and three international students who come from Vietnamese, Indonesia and Malaysia. Through the interviews, we can get understanding how college students think about work values and graduated plan. After organizing and analyzing the data, we found out the impact of the family's influence on the student's career planning and the students' voices in employment under the development of the technology. Nowaday students, especially Z generations, need to be guided to choose the right job and see the value of the job, from the school to outside the school, let them have more opportunities to contact the larger society, and then have more confidence in themselve.
