Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 教育專業發展研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation and relationship of internship pressure, working attitude and interpersonal relationship of overseas students in Senior Higher Vocational Education Construction classes. In addition, this study also analyzed the predictive power of internship stress and work attitude to interpersonal relationships. This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey, and the formal sample is the overseas students of a higher vocational education construction class in Jiayi, Taiwan. This study used three scales as search tool. including "Internship Work Stress Scale", "Work Attitude Scale" and "Interpersonal Relations Scale". After data collection and analysis, item analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product Difference correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out with SPSS20.0. The findings of this study are as follows: (a) There are some significant differences in internship pressure, work attitude and interpersonal relationship among overseasstudents in different background variables. (b) There is a significant correlation between internship work? pressure and work attitude of overseas students. (c) There is no significant correlation between internship work? stress and interpersonal relationship. (d) There is a significant correlation between the working attitude and interpersonal relationship of overseas students. (e) Overseas students' internship work pressure can significant predict their work? attitude. (f) Overseas students' internship work pressure and work attitude can significant predict interpersonal relationship. This study provides suggestions for school counseling and researchers in future. For overseasstudents, parents, school teachers and educational administrative units.
