Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 環境工程學系研究所 === 107 === Domestic mobile cranes often suffer from mechanical and electrical equipment losses due to poor working conditions, and the number of self-checkpoints is relatively increased. In the decree, it is therefore stipulated that regular inspections should be carried out on the machinery. If irregularities are found, remedial measures are taken to ensure the safety of the implements. The records must be kept for three years. However, the current industry often uses paper and pen to carry out automatic inspection of the machine, but the effect of the inspection is not good due to time and effort. This research combines secondary development software as a platform and develops an online inspection system for mobile cranes. It utilizes the convenience of mobile vehicles and information technology such as network functions to facilitate the operation, maintenance or inspection of mobile cranes. In order to understand the expected acceptance of the online inspection system, the TAM model is used to explore and cooperate with the questionnaire. The user characteristics of TAM are based on the four aspects of customer trait theory (self-efficacy, internal versus novelty). The pursuit, interaction needs, self-perception) are defined, while the user-dependent variables are discussed by age, seniority and education level. The survey results are descriptive statistics, ANOVA single factor variance, Pearson product difference with SPSS software. Correlation and regression are analyzed. In verifying the TAM model results, only the self-perceived aspects of the user traits are not significantly related to perceptual usefulness and perceived ease of use, and the other three aspects can reach significant to very significant regression. Perceptual usefulness has a very significant regression on the attitude of use and intention of use. Perceptual ease of use has a significant return to perceptual usefulness and use attitude, and the use attitude has a very significant return to the intention of use. However, the user-dependent variables have significant differences in the degree of education to the user's traits, and the rest have not reached significant differences. This TAM model can verify that the online inspection system is acceptable. It is feasible to use the online inspection system to perform automatic inspection for the tool. After the automatic inspection and implementation of the automatic inspection in the future, the inspection records gradually form useful big data for the relevant The unit is used as an analysis of the abnormal state of the machine to improve management efficiency to prevent disasters.
