By means of quantitative survey, 450 questionnaires were issued to high school students in Chiayi. There are 420 valid samples collected, and the valid response rate is 93.18 percent. Through the analysis of the SPSS statistic software, Regression Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis, the conclusions are as follows. First, the more social support high school students obtain, the bet-ter self-efficacy they express. Furthermore, when students obtain more social support, they show better behavioral intention in sports. Second, students will obtain more intrinsic self-efficacy, extrinsic self-efficacy , and behavioral intention in sports when they obtain more peer support. Moreover, the more support they receive from the teachers, the higher behavioral intention in sports they show. Eventually, when students build higher intrinsic and extrinsic self-efficacy, they will show more intention to engage in sports. The study findings may serve as a guide for further research on school education, family education, and sports engagement and further boost the public will to engage in sports.
