碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the association between sport participation, body image, and sports happiness. The subjects of the study were the population of the central region. The "Sports Participation Scale", "Body Image Scale" and "Sports Happiness Scale" were used as questionnaire tools. A total of 430 questionnaires were issued and 413 copies were returned. The valid recovery rate is 96%, including 173 male and 240 female. The statistical software package of SPSS19.0 was adopted to carry out the simple analysis such as multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods to study the relationship between the variables. The results were as follows: (1) The higher the level of sport participation, the higher the evaluation of the appearance. (2) The higher the appearance evaluation, the higher the interest in sports. (3)The higher the appearance orientation, the higher the sport psychological experience and sports interest.(4) The higher the satisfaction of the body parts, the higher the sport psychological experience and sports interest. According to the results of the study, we expect this paper can provide contributions to the design of leisure sports activities in the central region in the future, and encourage people to participate in sports, pay attention to body image, and thus enhance sports happiness.
