| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 107 === The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between the health awareness of firefighters and the willingness to engage in health consultation, and to verify the mediating effects of action benefits and mobility disorders on the health awareness, of firefighters and the willingness to take health consultation.
In order to answer the above research purposes, this study is based on the firefighters of the New Taipei City Government Fire Department as the research object, using stratified random sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey, a total of 141 questionnaire images were issued, excluding data is not complete, the total effective questionnaire is 100%, descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson product difference correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis by SPSS, the results are as follows: (1) The state of health awareness has a significant positive impact on action benefits and mobility disorders. (2) Health awareness has a significant positive impact on health counseling intentions. (3) Action benefits and mobility disorders have a significant positive impact on health counseling intentions. (4) Action benefits and mobility disorders play an intermediary role in the impact of health awareness on the willingness to take health consultation. Under the consideration of health awareness status, action benefits, and mobility disorders, the health awareness status has a greater influence on the influence of health consultation through action benefits and mobility disorders.
This study found that the fire department and firefighters can be used as a reference to implement the fire department's emphasis on health promotion and enhance the firefighters' willingness to take health consultation.
