The information system continues to improve, and there are many emerging technologies that bring corporate benefits and value. Software salesman is a career, that can help companies or consumers understand the latest information systems. This career is different from general business sales. The person needs to have software knowledge, technology, communication skills. Companies need a reference index will hiring the right person. Therefore, given that to select the personality of the right person that hiring job will be helping. The results of the study show that openness can be used as the main target for selecting information salesman, followed by agreeableness and conscientiousness. These three personalities are important indicators. In contrast, emotional stability (or neuroticism) is not suitable for sales or marketing work. In sum, this study is valuable for recruiting information salesman.
