碩士 === 大葉大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to understand the parents (guardians) to select kindergartens in Changhua County, and the influence of different parental background factors on the choice of kindergartens, and the relevant factors of kindergartens. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, and the parents or guardians of those children are currently enrolled in Changhua County, and 300 questionnaires are sent out. A total of 280 questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 93%. The data were analyzed by SPSS12.0 statistical analysis software for independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, narrative statistics, regression analysis and other statistical methods. The factors related to the selection of kindergartens are classified into five parts: curriculum and teaching, professional teachers, environment and equipment, propaganda for recruiting student, and subsidies and fees; parental background factors are gender, identity, age, education level, occupation. family monthly income, number of children and whether they live with their parents in-laws. The results of the study are as follows: curriculum and teaching, professional faculty, environment and equipment, enrollment and publicity, and subsidies and fees are significantly related to kindergarten selection decisions. Different parental background factors have different effects on the selection of kindergartens.
