Numerology has a long history. With the changes of the times, the new modes of operation have been born.
This study uses the case study method and interview methods in qualitative research to analyze the traditional numerology museum’s SWOT mode and current business model.
After the analysis, it was found that the network of traditional numerology and new media were lacking, therefore recommended to strengthen this part and give a new business model canvas.
