There are factors to impact on small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs. Based on facts and data about small and medium sized enterprises financing in Mongolia. The role of small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs in the development process is very important not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. The development of SMEs is seen as accelerating the achievement of wider socio-economic objectives including poverty alleviation. In this study, I tried to show how about developing on small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia. Recently years Mongolia has been economic crisis. Now government have to support for SMEs. Mongolian government support with funds on small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs. The importance of small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs as one of the major component of the national economy and a component of the socio-economic development.
