Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 107 === The measuring cup is closely related to human life and is an important measuring tool in daily activities. There are many types of measuring cups, their materials are too numerous to enumerate, and the measurement methods are different. With traditional liquid measuring cups, it is needed to pour the liquid in, then check the measurement level, adjust and pour again. A patented surface on OXO angled measuring cups eliminates this repetitive process allowing user to read measurement markings by looking straight down into the cup.
The purpose of this study is to achieve some auxiliary design inventions to measuring cups to have similar functions with inclined surfaces for measurement used in the original patent of the “OXO measuring cup”. The results of the study show that the detachable fluorescent wristband can be used as a measuring aid to achieve the standard of measuring in the same horizontal plane under natural light, instead of the measurement scale fixed on the measuring cup. It can be universally applied to containers commonly used in daily life, and is applied in a simple structure to achieve a cost reduction effect, so that the user can operate both conveniently and benefit the user's life.
