Women have a higher perception of their abilities than men; 3. The higher the age of the volunteers, the higher the perceptions of themselves; 4. Volunteer self-efficacy has a positive impact on the work values; 5. Volunteer self-efficacy has a positive impact on the willingness of sustainable service; 6.
