Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 107 === In recent years, with the evolution and booming of science and technology and trade, e-commerce is no longer limited to business transactions in its own country, but also a company or consumer of another country. According to the MIC survey, the online shopping market in Taiwan has grown by 30.4% compared to 2017, while the global e-commerce turnover growth rate has exceeded 20% by 2018, indicating that Taiwan still has a large growth space on cross-border e-commerce. Therefore, the main shaft of this research is to study how to make commercial transactions go smoothly on multinational electronic trading websites, including understanding the capabilities required to engage in international online trading, and handling the trading of buyers and sellers through various platform websites. The mechanism, understanding the services provided by each platform, the nature of buyers of different types of multinational websites, and the main coverage of commodities are the focus of this research.
