Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 107 === In this paper, a high output impedance current-mode first-order allpass filter employing one DXCCII is presented. The proposed circuit uses one dual-X second-generation current conveyor (DXCCII), two resistors and one grounded capacitor. This filter can realize allpass function and has the advantages of employing only one active device, high output impedance and using grounded capacitor. The proposed circuit uses HSPICE and MATLAB to simulate and analyze. Finally, the simulation results confirm the theoretical analysis.
