Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 107 === The industrial enterprises nowadays face global competition, and thus need to continuously improve the competitiveness. In such a highly competitive industrial environment, the ISO 9000 quality management system is developed. As time and management technology changes, the ISO 9000 quality management system has also been revised from the original version ISO 9000:1987 to the current version ISO 9000:2015 which is the quality assurance system, and the risk and opportunity management requirements have been added to the version ISO 9000:2015 which is the quality assurance system.
In the currently searchable research, no similar research has been done on the risk and opportunity management part of the ISO 9000:2015 quality management system. Therefore, this study is intended for further research by interviewing the investigated company in the case, and by the documented information of the risk and opportunity management of the investigated company in the case. This study also analyzes the operation process of the risk and opportunity management of the ISO 9000:2015 quality management system, and proposes comments for the company in the case, and thus provides a reference of the risk and opportunity management to the building industry for future management.
As to the interview analyst of the company in the case, it can be seen that the company in the case should have more detailed operational specifications formulated for the risk and opportunity management for the future management. In the future, the company in the case needs to strengthen the internal staff training and the staff emphasis to the hazard so as to implement the risk and opportunity management in the enterprise to achieve sustainable business success. It is recommended that follow-up researchers can continue to research the knowledge management in the ISO 9000:2015 quality management system.
