Through the development of warning wires in the hidden line overload crisis situation, a series of research ideas and preliminary preliminary verifications were carried out. Through TRIZ''s 40 invention principles, its structure and characteristics are determined. After preliminary research and verification, it can meet the expectations of most consumers. Under the environmental protection requirements, TPU/ABS materials discharged from less polluting and burning gas have become the key materials of this research program.
