Ensure that the company continues to maintain good management performance. In the article, the quartz component of the car is used as the topic of discussion to analyze the development of the future automotive electronics market, and to link the core technology development of the new products of the case company. To challenge the overall quartz industry, use SEOT analysis to find out the merits of the case company. The shortcomings are based on short-, medium-, and long-term countermeasures in order to effectively face all the challenges of the market. In addition, in the course of the research, the turmoil of the advantages and disadvantage of the competition brought about by the changes in the production area, and the proposal of the rise of the AI smart industry to the revolutionary impact of future manufacturing, as a reference for follow-up corporate strategy.
