Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 107 === In this study, the synthesis conditions of MOF@SiO2 core–shell microspheres composites and its application in high‐performance liquid chromatography stationary phase are mainly discussed. The relationship between the different carboxylate modifications and the synthesis of composites, and the MOF synthesis condition effects for monodispersity were investigated. Herein, Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry, scanning electron microscopy and the powder X-ray diffraction were used to identify the materials synthesis and properties. Subsequently, the synthesized material was applied to the liquid chromatography stationary phase for separating three pesticide standards (Diuron, isoproturon and pymetrozine) and expected for providing good efficiency From the results, the synthesized performance of ZIF-8 @ SiO2 core-shell microspheres was affected by different methods and the ZIF‐8@SiO2 core–shell microsphere packed column could provide a fast and high‐resolution separation of pesticides as well as low column backpressure that was indicating the synergistic effects of the good column packing properties of the silica spheres and the separation ability of ZIF‐8 nanocrystals. As a result, the preparation of MOF‐based composites are potential materials in separation field.
