The leisure activity behavior can not only make life colorful but heathier for teachers. Many researches have shown that a proper leisure activity can reduce job pressure. The more leisure activity engaged the higher life quality will be. The leisure activity can increase the teaching efficiency, working satisfaction especially for high pressure working environment of the elementary school teachers. Happiness is the personal positive emotion. Teachers will have a positive emotional satisfaction via doing leisure activities to release pressure. In the meantime, they will feel happiness. It helps their teaching quality and efficiency. The motivation of this research is to understanding the influences of sport efficiency, social influences, and leisure attitude towards happiness of elementary school teachers. Research purpose: Based on research motivation, the purpose of this research is to understanding the relationship of sport efficiency, social influences, leisure attitude andhappiness of elementary school’s teachers as follows. 1.Investigate the situation of elementary school teacher’s leisure activity engagements. 2.Analysis the differences of sport efficiency, social influences, leisure attitude and happiness among personal information. 3.Analysis the influences of sport efficiency, social influences, and leisure attitude towards happiness. Expected research methods: This research focus on Changhua elementary school teachers, the research is based on related theory. The survey analysis is adopted and deliver to teachers teaches in Changhua elementary schools at the ChuShan, the Minsen, the Taiho, the Chongshuo and the Hoping district which class numbers are above 49(the large size school) and between 13 to 48(the middle size school). The total number of 180 questionnaires is distributed. About 141 questionnaires is valid and the valid rate is 78.33%.This research expected to use the description statistics, the t test, the ANOVA and the stepwise regression. Expected research results: 1.Understanding the situation of elementary school teacher’s leisure activity engagements. 2.Understanding the differences of sport efficiency, social influences, leisure attitude and happiness among personal information. 3.Understanding the influences of sport efficiency, social influences, and leisure attitude towards happiness.
