Description
Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 創意生活應用設計研究所 === 107 === This study will explore the current situation and pattern of interior design education for the professional works demands. And will research on the difference of school training to the practical works in the interior design industry. And the differences between professional cognition and reality in the learning and practices aspects of the employees of the relevant practitioners, as well as the differences in learning attitudes, and the differences in education in interior design. At the same time, it discusses the connection between the teaching and the practical circles of interior design and the substitution of its workers. Based on the perspective of interior design workers, this study explores the perception and strategy of interior designers' education and industry needs in an in-depth interview. According to the interviewee's experience and cognition, the industry's learning attitude in practice, and the interior design rules are discussed separately, based on the research purpose and interview results. The research results show that although the interior design industry uses relevant departmental manpower, the practical work experience still does not meet the needs of the industry. In school education, it is unable to meet the skill required by the industry. The common situation is that although graduated from relevant departments, it is difficult to meet the needs of the industry except not only for the most basic drawings, and still lacks a large amount of experience in interior design practice. On the other hand, the current generation of designers is somewhat different in attitude and reality. After entering the workplace, newcomers have not intentionally studied but want to jump to other one company. They believe that their skill level is high enough and want to stand on their own feet. The need for interior design education and industrial needs is different in terms of re-education. Academics and practice have always had a big gap. In the education industry, the most practical way is to teach the work tools and skills needed in the industry. To reduce the time and impact of entering the industry; therefore, the training should be further enhanced by the construction method, the industry's commonly used software, practical operations, valuation, construction drawings and other basic training. In terms of education methods, it can also be combined with the industry. Put some of the practical courses into the industry for practical operations, so that students can truly put the knowledge into the industry, such as interior decoration materials, construction methods and other courses.
