Description
Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 107 === 108 new curriculum means that in addition to the tasks of teaching in the past, teachers also need to compile the special courses of each school. However, it has in fact increased the workload of teachers, and of course it has become a source of new work stress for teachers. In the pressure of the campus, in addition to the predicament of teaching, the pressure that may arise may be the expectation of the parents, the management of the students, the relationship between the colleagues or the matters assigned by the superiors, and even the requirements of the teachers for themselves. It is the source of the work pressure of the primary school teachers. Some studies have also shown that stress does have a negative impact on teachers' physical and mental health, and even more stressful teachers have reduced the time spent on leisure activities. The research will be conducted by means of questionnaires. The self-made leisure activities and work stress questionnaires will be used as research tools. The SPSS statistical software will be used to conduct empirical analysis to explore the situation between the work pressure of Nantou County’s primary school’s teachers and the participation of leisure activities. . The results of the study show that in leisure activities, teachers who are older, have more children, have longer service years, and have larger school sizes prefer artistic leisure activities, while younger teachers and children Those who are less likely to graduate from college or obtain a master's degree prefer to travel, but if they hold different positions, they are not significant in the category of leisure activities. Older teachers are more likely to feel pressure for parents' enthusiasm, 108 new curriculum, and annuity reform policies. Married teachers have significant differences in "supervised workload exceeds load", "superior's requirements for work", "forced to accept higher-level assignments", "stressed on 108 new curriculum ", and "annuity reform policy" . Those who have a younger service often feel that they are not doing well enough. The teacher who is also the director is a supervisor, so the pressure on the "supervisor's requirements for work" is relatively small. Most of the school's large-scale school teachers are in the more population and competitive town areas, so the various pressures faced are relatively large.
