Summary: | 碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 108 === The purpose of this research is to explore the correlation between job stress and job satisfaction on preschool educators. We took questionnaire-survey method to collect data and preschool educators in Nan-Tou County for examples. The statistical methods are descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis.
The results show:
1. The condition of job stress: “married” is higher than “unmarried”, “public” higher than “private”, “non-qualified” higher than “qualified”, “preschool educator” higher than “teacher”, “under 29 years” higher than “over 50 years”, “seniority 0-10” higher than over “seniority 30”, “high school graduation” higher than “college”, “rural zone” higher than “city”, “mixed class type” higher than “general”.
2. The condition of job satisfaction: “married” is higher than “unmarried”, “public” higher than “private”, “qualified” higher than “non-qualified”, “teacher” higher than “preschool educator”, over 50 years higher than other age level, “seniority 21-30” higher than other seniority level, “high school graduation” is the lowest than other degree level, “village” higher than “city” and “rural zone”, “5 years old class” higher than other level.
3. The correlation between job stress and job satisfaction is negative.
4. job stress has negative predictive influence on job satisfaction.
According to results, we preset some conclusions for related bureau to take references
