Description
Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 醫學影像暨放射科學系暨研究所 === 107 === The study goal is to investigate therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of reografenib combined with radiation in colorectal cancer (CRC) in vivo. CRC CT-26 tumor mice were established and used for study. Mice were treated with reografenib, radiation, or combination. Tumor growth, body weight, and levels of apoptotic proteins were evaluated with digital caliper, electronic scale, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) stain. The results pre-sented body weight of mice was changed with regorafenib. Radia-tion-inhibited tumor growth and induced levels of apoptotic proteins (ac-tive-caspase-9, active-caspase-8, and active-caspase-3) were enhanced with regorafenib. Putting together, results indicated regorafenib promotes radia-tion-inhibited tumor growth through apoptosis induction.
