Description
Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 107 === In recent years, Taiwan's fertility rate has been declining year by year, and the situation of "less child" has become increasingly serious. The parties are also exploring reasons, thinking about countermeasures, and how to improve the willingness of the people of the country. Taiwan is already a low-fertility country. The government regards the child-raising as a national security crisis. In order to improve the impact of the low fertility rate on the relevant level, the policy on child allowance and subsidy has been strengthened and enhanced in 107 years and in the year of 108. It is hoped that through good and comprehensive welfare policies, the people will increase their production and serve the country and strive to increase Taiwan's total fertility rate. The purpose of this study is to explore the understanding of attitudes and attitudes of the current childcare allowances and subsidy policies for men and women at the childbearing age and the subjective perception policy on the fertility willingness, whether there are different needs due to different personal backgrounds, and whether the allowance and subsidy policies are sufficient to influence Its willingness to bear. Therefore, a convenient sampling questionnaire was conducted for the educated people in Pingtung County, and after the collection, the data was sorted and coded in the SPSS software, and the SPSS 12.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. According to the survey results, among the 303 individual background factors of sample population differences, there are significant differences in policy understanding between different ages, current number of children, number of family planning, and those with subsidies; people with different educational levels have significant attitudes toward policies. Differences; the number of children born with different plans has significant differences in fertility willingness; and the degree of understanding of policies will positively affect the fertility willingness, which means that educators are more aware of the relevant welfare policies, which is helpful for improving the fertility willingness. In addition, the 26-35-year-old group with significantly higher fertility willingness than other ages found that their policy attitudes are positively related to fertility, indicating that the policy attitudes of the ethnic group have a positive and significant impact on the fertility willingness, that is, Pingtung 26 to 35 years old. People's attitude towards various child allowances and subsidy policies will affect their fertility willingness.
