Description
Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 107 === This study is to explore the relationship between female entrepreneur’s personality, psychological capital and entrepreneurship. In the literature, many factors have been recognized as important in influencing the result of entrepreneurship. Among all, entrepreneur’s personality (Big Five/ Nine-Type) and psychological capital (self-efficacy, positivism, hope and endurance) are most critical to female entrepreneurs. To better understand the empirical phenomenon, a case study was conducted on a female and experienced entrepreneur who runs business in the spa industry for many years. Using a semi-structured questionnaire, an in-depth interview was conducted. According to the interview, we found a strong personality and high degree of psychological capital are indeed two critical factors to female entrepreneurship. The discussion and conclusion would be helpful for female entrepreneurs who seek success in their career.
