How does the leading cadre subject break away from traditional disciplines and leadership methods, and the existing manpower is diversified and flexible. The task, and now most of the national military colleagues are volunteers. Under the tempering of the military academy, they all have excellent internal and honorable hearts. Leading cadres need to understand the personality traits of individuals and subordinates, and use methods and methods to strengthen the professional knowledge of the military sergeants of the leadership and create collective work performance. This study is to explore the degree of influence and relevance between the personality traits, education and work performance of the national army personnel. With the theoretical verification of this research, it is expected to provide the national military decision-making units or cadres to understand the needs of the personnel, and to achieve the long-term use of the national military quality personnel. The research method adopts the “questionnaire survey method”. This study uses the national army personnel (air force, navy and army) as the object. The data analysis uses IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 for narrative analysis, T-test analysis, one-way AVOVA analysis and regression analysis. The conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. Personality traits are significantly different due to differences in age, education, service units and classes; education and training are significantly different due to different classes. 2. The higher the extroversion, affinity, diligence, rigorous self-discipline and overall personality traits of personality traits, the higher the performance of national army personnel (air force, navy and army), especially the extroversion and affinity of personality traits. Sexuality, diligence, and self-discipline have the most obvious impact on job performance. 3.
