Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 休閒與運動管理所 === 107 === Background:In the face of various pressures on the work of the national primary education staff, the teacher's mental pressure has doubled, which has also affected the opportunities for communication among family members and increased friction. Objective:Exploring the status of educational staff's participation in leisure sports and the current situation of family atmosphere, and understanding the relationship between them. Methods:This study used the questionnaire survey method, the study target was Kaohsiung City Elementary School teachers, 380 formal questionnaires, 340 valid questionnaires, the effective questionnaire rate reached 95%. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single factor variance analysis, frequency distribution and post hoc comparison with SPSS 22.0 statistical software. Results:(1)Marriage: Married people scored the highest on the family atmosphere scale. (2)Age: The group of 41-50 years old in the organization and belonging facet is significantly larger than the group below 30 years old. (3)Education: Master (including above) has the highest score in the organization and attribution. (4)Years of service: The higher the seniority, the better the family atmosphere feels. Conclusions:The more engaged in leisure sports, the better the family atmosphere feels.
