Description
Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 休閒與運動管理所 === 107 === Research purposes: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship and differences among the leisure activity attitude, constraints and work pressure of the army voluntary service staff. Research methods: The survey data of this study were gathered by retrieving questionnaires from the participants, who were majorly the army voluntary service staff in the R.O.C. Military Academy. A total of 415 questionnaires were distributed and 398 valid were retrieved. The effective questionnaire response rate was 90%. These collected survey data were then analyzed by the SPSS Statistics Ver 22.0.Research results: 1. The differences among the leisure activity attitude, constraints and work pressure of the army voluntary service staff of different background variables: (1) Age: leisure activity constraints(p<.004); work pressure(p<.008) (2) Education level: leisure activity constraints(p<.029); work pressure(p<.001) (3) Marital status: leisure activity constraints(p<.029); work pressure(p<.012) (4) Seniority: leisure activity constraints(p<.012)2.The analysis among the leisure activity attitude, constraints and work pressure of the army voluntary service staff: (1) The relationship between the leisure activity attitude and constraints shows a negative correlation( r=-.129,p<.05). (2) The relationship between the leisure activity constraints and work pressure shows a positive correlation( r=.399,p<.001). Conclusion: The relationship between the leisure activity attitude and constraints of the army voluntary service staff shows a negative correlation, whereas the relationship between the leisure activity constraints and work pressure shows a positive correlation. According to the findings of this study, the attitudes of the army voluntary service staff towards leisure activity were spontaneous. However, the work pressure and leisure activity constraints caused by lacking of proper leisure activity facilities and peer recognition cannot be ignored. And they are also influenced by different background variables. To make a proper plan of time for leisure activities to reduce the negative impact caused by work pressure can diminish obstacles of participating in leisure activities and create positive attitudes towards leisure activities.
